UNITED STATES SHIPPING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We have temporarily paused shipping to the United States. We are working hard to make our collections available again as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery via UPS Express, with all orders fully tracked from dispatch to arrival. For all orders we offer a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service, where all applicable import taxes and duties are included at checkout. No additional charges will be requested on delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or not accepted the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, original shipping costs, return shipping, and any customs duties, VAT, or courier fees incurred are non-refundable. Where items are returned in their original, unused and saleable condition, a refund for the product value may be issued, less any costs incurred.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at chelsea@frecklelabel.com
If your order has not yet been collected by our courier, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be recalled, however we are always happy to assist with arranging a return once your parcel arrives.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
All orders are shipped via UPS and are fully tracked. In the unlikely event of a delay or lost parcel, we will liaise directly with the courier on your behalf. In line with courier policy, claims for missing parcels can be processed 28 days after dispatch.
